    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
    • TIRE ROTATION
    • Vehicle has steering shimmy during braking at freeway speeds. Inspected found front pads are worn unevenly right outer at 8/32 left inner 4/32. Caliper slide pins are sticking. Front rotors are at LF .959 RF .974 Spec .906 Rear pads are worn to 3/32 Rear rotors at LR .352 RR .349 Spec .315 Recommend replace front brake pads and hardware, clean and lube caliper slides, replace front rotors for warping. Replace rear pads and resurface rotors for wear. Flush brake fluid.

    • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Test system performance. Inspected A/C Blower mode and temperature controls are working. Ambient temp 84° Static pressure 95 PSI Low 65 PSI high 120 PSI Vent temp 67° Low pressure is abnormally high and high pressure is abnormally low. Indicating possible weak compressor and or expansion valve stuck open.
    • Replaced the A/C compressor, evaporator, expansion valve and conditioner. Flushed system, evacuated and recharged and rechecked. Noticed discharge hose began to leak. Replaced the discharge hose,rechecks good. Low 34 PSI high 205 PSI Vent temp 40° ambient temp 92°
    • Removed air box for access to expansion valve. Found large amount of metal chunks and debris in the expansion valve, indicating the compressor to have internal damage spreading debris through the system. Received replace the A/C system and recheck

Battery and starter are testing good. Alternator fails test, no output voltage. Recommend replace Alternator and recheck
    • Replace Rear Brake Pads and Rotors inspect, clean and lube hardware and caliper slide pins as needed. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
    • Replaced Alternator, Alternator now charging 13.4 volts and battery light is nolonger on.
