    Services Performed
    • Cel is on pulled codes P0101 MAF (Manifold Absolute Pressure) out of range P0327 knock sensor 1 signal short/low P0332 knock sensor 2 signal short/low Cleared codes and test drove while monitoring scan data. MAF sensor reading are low at max 190 gs and calculated load peaks at 86%. No codes have returned suspect possible intermittent failure with knock sensors or circuit. Recommend replace MAF sensor and recheck Customer may choose to replace knock sensors as possible cause.
    • Found intake valley cover gasket is seeping, bottom of engine at the bell housing is damp. Transmission pan gasket is seeping,Transmission output seal is leaking. Noticed fluid dripping from the steps/running boards that appears to be coming from out of the body seams. Found brake hydo Booster is leaking internally and has gotten underneath the carpet. Recommend replace the brake hydro booster and flush fluid. Recommend reseal Transmission pan and replace output seal, clean and recheck for other possible leaks. Recommend reseal valley cover plate clean and recheck. Recommend customer have carpet removed and interior cleaned.
    • Found right front turn signal and indicator come on solid while brake pedal is depressed. Inspected and found turn signal control module internally shorting. Recommend replace turn signal control module and recheck.
    • POWER BRAKE BOOSTER – Remove & Replace – Hydraulic – [Includes: Bleed Power Steering System.]
    • 1. Drain the Used Fluid. 2. Flush the System with the Manufacturer Recommended Type JB Power Steering Fluid/Flush to Remove the Contaminants from the System. Rack the Steering 25 Left and 25 Right During Flush. 3. Repeat Process 3-5 Times until Fluid Being Drained is Clean and Clear. 4. Fill the Power Steering System to the Manufacturer Specified Fluid Level to Properly Lubricate the Power Steering System. 5. Use Justice Brothers Power Steering Conditioner and Treatment to Condition the Metal and the Rubber Seals in the System.
    • MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR – Remove & Replace
    • 1. Drain the Used ATF from the Transmission. 2. Remove the Transmission Pan, Inspect for Obvious Damage, Corrosion, and Contamination. -If Obvious Damage is Found STOP. Recommend Replacement of Parts Required. -If Corrosion is Found, Clean All Corrosion Prior to the Continuation of Service (Additional Labor May be Required). 3. Remove the Transmission Filter and All Applicable Gaskets and Seals. 4. Install Manufacturer Specified Transmission Filter and all Applicable Gaskets and Seals in accordance with Manufacturer Specified Procedures and Instructions. 5. Install the Transmission Pan in Accordance with Manufacturer Specifications. 6. Use Justice Brothers Automatic Transmission Conditioner to Condition the Metal and Rubber Seals to Prevent Cracking and Leaks. 7. Fill the Transmission to Manufacturer Specified Fluid Level with Manufacturer Recommended Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) to Provide Proper Lubrication.

    • STOPLIGHT TURN SIGNAL RELAY – Remove & Replace
    • ENGINE MOUNT – Remove & Replace – RWD Engine,Front,Both,w/o Skid Plate
    • TRANSMISSION MOUNT – Remove & Replace – Trans,Rear
    • 1. Use Step 1 In the Fuel Tank to Clean the Fuel Tank, Fuel Lines, Injectors, Return Lines. Remove Water and Vanish from the Fuel System, Increase Octane, and Fuel Economy. 2. Use Step 2 In the Crankcase to Clean the PCV System and Saturate the Sulfur and Carbon Deposits in the Emission System Increasing Exhaust Airflow and Reducing Emissions. 3. Connect the Specialized Drip tool to a Strong Vacuum Source that Leads Directly to the Intake Valves. (Brake Boost or PCV). **If Direct Injected, Pressurized spray tool must be used.** 4. DRIP Step 3 Into a Strong Vacuum Source at APPX 2-4 Drips Per Second to Remove the Carbon Deposits from the Intake Valves Increasing the Intake Airflow and Fuel Economy. 5.     • Engine will start and run. CEL and oil light are on, engine runs very rough and has internal knocking noise Pulled codes P0121 throttle position sensor 1 performance P0300 random multiple misfire detected P0326 knock sensor performance Found oil level is below dipstick added 3 qrts, the oil light is no longer on. The engine still runs rough and has internal knock. Vehicle now has large amount of smoke from the engine and exhaust Found cylinder #1 is misfiring. Inspected and found most of #1 piston is missing Recommend replace the engine assembly.
