- CEL is on pulled code P0345-15 Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP) "A" for intake Cam Bank 2 (B2) circuit short Inspected finding wires to the CMP B2 are chewed in half. Vehicle has signs of rodent and nesting under the intake. Recommend remove intake for access to wiring for repair and inspection for other possibly damaged wires. Clean nesting and recheck.
- Removed the upper intake and cleaned nesting. Repaired wires to the CMP "A" B2. See no other wiring visibly damaged. Reassembled cleared code and rechecked. No codes are returning CEL is no longer on.
